Carla Ulloa is a business consultant with the Orange County Small Business Development Center (SBDC) specializing in loans and lines of credit for existing small business and start-ups. She has extensive knowledge in small business lending and how to qualify including evaluating business financials (including tax returns), refining business plans and projections, verifying credit-worthiness, assessing business feasibility, determining client eligibility for a wide range of loans, determining which financial institution(s) are a good fit, and providing overall client guidance on the loan process.
Carla is also knowledgeable on how to start or acquire a new business and develop a strong business model. As an entrepreneur, in 2005 she started My Dream Ceremony, a successful full-service wedding officiant/minister company.
Carla’s professional career has been focused on helping small businesses. After Carla received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, she joined Inland Empire Women’s Business Center where she assisted entrepreneurs and business owners to start and expend their businesses. Carla then joined a regional financial institution specializing in small business lending and was a successful loan officer.
